The Cedar Beach Owners Group consist of one member of the immediate family of each CB owner (it could be the owner themself or their spouse, child, child-in-law, etc). Leadership is on a 6 month rotation, changing on the 15th of April and the 15th of October, and goes from oldest to youngest based on sibling owner's age, then starting back at oldest again
- The tasks of the Owners Group as set by the Family Council in April of 2023 are:
- To facilitate input and representation of all family members on matters related to CB aside from routine maintenance and upkeep
- To make decisions on issues related to CB usage, maintenance and upkeep projects estimated to cost over $1,000, and improvements that alter the use or essential nature of CB;
- And to work with the CB team to elicit their advice on topics under discussion and direct them to enact on decisions made by the owners group.
